Contact your sender and ask them to provide a BTL tracking number
Enter your tracking number into the Tracking tool to see what day your package is due to arrive. Our drivers typically deliver between 9:30 am. and 6:00 pm.
Mail us to report package damage. Either the sender or receiver can make the report and we'll prepare a damage inspection report.
It's easy to stay informed about your package status. Contact our customer care.
For such a customs delay, may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
We do not deliver on Sunday unless the sender has specified and paid for Sunday's delivery.
